Production process
We take great care of our orchards all year round and throughout the growing and harvesting process. This ensures that, year after year, our production is of the best quality and our fruit are always tasty. Thanks to our experience and know-how, we respect the growing cycles of our trees and preserve our orchards in order to pass them on to the next generation. We build on the advice of technical experts who assist us every day, in order to constantly improve and innovate.

Our apples
With the introduction of new production areas, we have expanded our range. Our production was initially based around the Golden Delicious variety. Today we produce more than 14 different varieties. This allows us to meet consumer expectations in terms of aroma and flavour as well as being able to hit the market as early as the end of July with our earliest varieties.

The Vergers du Sud group produces about 1 500 T making it the largest kiwi producers in France.
