Domaine Saint Georges
Domaine Saint Georges is located in the Alps region wich combines sunshine, cool nights and rich soil thanks to the silt of the Durance river. Apples produced by Domaine Saint Georges are firm and have a high sugar content. This is typical of the ‘terroir’ and the climate in the Alpes de Haute Provence region.

Costières
Le Domaine de Costières is located in Provence estates, famous for its Mediterranean climate with strong sunlight and a good-quality clay soil. Apples produced in Provence are early because of the mild climate and are characterized by a nice colourful skin and high sugar content.

The South West is renowned for its rich clay and limestone soil and enjoys good weather. Apples harvested in Domaine de Fontorbe are truly fruits of the local ‘terroir’, high in colour, sweet and delicately scented.

We added an additional estate to our group in 2015. Domaine de Silki is located in the Tarn et Garonne area, in the heart of the Midi Pyrénées region. It enjoys exceptional weather and growing conditions and produces outstanding and tasty fruit.

Solar energy
Since 2009, we have been investing in renewable energy by installing photovoltaic roof panels with the help of the organisation ‘Nature et Soleil’. The panels convert sunlight into directly useable electricity. This is possible thanks to our sun-drenched location in the heart of Provence.
